What do you charge?
5% + VAT (IVA) of the sale price, for both the standard and the exclusive listing. The net sale report is free.
Do I have to sign an exclusive agreement?
No. The exclusive listing unlocks the premium advertising budget, featured positions on portals and sharing with our partner agency network, with a single point of contact.
I do not live in Spain. What changes?
The buyer withholds 3% of the price and pays it to the Spanish Tax Agency on account of your tax. It is then settled and, where applicable, a refund is claimed. We explain this in your report.
I inherited the property. Can I sell it?
Yes, once the inheritance has been accepted and the property assigned to you. We review the paperwork and the taxes affecting the sale before it goes on the market.
How long does it take to sell?
It mainly depends on the price, the area and the condition of the property. Your net sale report includes an estimated time frame for your case.
